Roadsider and TowLot Announce Strategic Partnership to Bring End-to-End Vehicle Lifecycle and Auctions Into One Platform

Roadsider and TowLot Announce Strategic Partnership

San Francisco, California – 28th, April 2026

Roadsider, a platform transforming towing, dispatch, and roadside operations, today announced a strategic partnership with TowLot, a digital marketplace for auctioning vehicles and unclaimed property.

The partnership brings together Roadsider’s operational platform with TowLot’s auction marketplace to create a more connected and efficient vehicle lifecycle — from initial tow and intake to storage and final sale. The integration is designed to enable towing companies to manage and monetize vehicles more seamlessly, all within the Roadsider environment.

Through this collaboration, Roadsider users will be able to move vehicles through a streamlined workflow that includes VIN lookup, storage management, and auction readiness, with TowLot providing the marketplace infrastructure and access to a nationwide buyer network. Auction activity will be powered by TowLot while remaining embedded within the Roadsider experience.

"This partnership represents a major step forward in our vision to modernize the towing industry. Roadsider is focused on becoming the platform that operators rely on every day. By working with TowLot, we’re extending that experience into auctions and helping our clients unlock more value from vehicles already in their system."

— AJ Sardar, CEO of Roadsider

"We’re excited to partner with Roadsider to bring more structure and accessibility to the auction process. Roadsider brings strong operational workflows and high-quality inventory, while TowLot delivers the marketplace and buyer demand. Together, we’re creating a more efficient and connected experience for both sellers and buyers."

— Brandon, CEO of TowLot

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to simplifying operations for towing companies and improving transparency across the vehicle lifecycle. By reducing the need for multiple systems and manual processes, Roadsider and TowLot aim to help operators move faster, increase efficiency, and maximize returns.

The initial phase of the partnership will focus on enabling Roadsider clients to access TowLot’s auction capabilities, with additional enhancements and deeper integration planned over time.
